Order timing
Orders are normally prepared in approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days; these periods are separate and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Any free-shipping availability and every delivery charge are shown at checkout. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number before submitting an order.
Tracking and delivery concerns
Tracking is provided when available. For a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or damaged shipment, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and clear photos of damage when relevant.
