Authorization and available methods
An order enters processing only after payment is successfully authorized. Available methods are limited to the credit or debit card options shown by the live Shopify checkout for that transaction.
Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request verification. Accurate billing information is required, and a high-risk, incomplete, or unverifiable transaction may be delayed or cancelled.
Card information, disputes, and refunds
We do not store complete card numbers on this website. Card failures, declines, disputes, authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions are generally handled by the issuing bank; approved refunds normally return to the original payment method.
